Family for Every Child is currently looking to recruit a Treasurer with experience of setting strategic financial direction within charities or the NGO sector and who has experience in complying with the regulations of the Charity Commission for England and Wales (the Charity Commission).
You would be joining our board at an exciting time, as we implement our strategy to build a movement of grassroots organisations and capitalise on the power of digital for global good.
In addition to the general responsibilities of a trustee as laid out in the Candidate Pack, the responsibility of the Treasurer is to maintain an overview of the organisation’s affairs, ensuring its financial viability and that the organisation has policies and systems in place to ensure robust financial planning, implementation and reporting.

This is a volunteer position with no remuneration. All reasonable expenses related to pre-approved travels and activities will be reimbursed.
Appointment is for an initial 3 year term. Commitment is likely to be 15-20 hours per quarter.
